This product will provide the ability to supply an Aluminium PCB with a thermally conductive adhesive attached to the Aluminium layer which will eliminate the need for additional adhesives.

TIA 605 is a kind of thermally conductive pressure sensitive adhesive tape. It is designed to withstand high temperature associated with reflow solder without degradation of adhesion or liner release characteristics. This type of adhesive tape possesses ultimate bonding strength with low thermal impedance, with which in effect can be able to replace the method of lubricating grease and mechanical screw fixing
